General

• Duration: 1 day
• Session times: 9:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (deliverable hours = 5.0)

New to E-rate or feel like you need a refresher course to better understand the program? Join us at MOREnet for an in-depth session on E-rate Basics. This hands-on class will answer many questions including:

• What is E-rate?
• How can it work for your organization?
• What are the deadlines that I need to know?
• When can I expect the money to arrive?

The afternoon portion will be to reconvene and actually complete the Form 470 (the first required form in E-rate filings). You will submit the form online while MOREnet staff are present to answer questions and assist with any concerns.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn about E-rate and to become more proficient with your filings.

Objective

Given demonstration, information, advice, and resources, the participant will demonstrate their knowledge of E-rate by successfully completing and submitting the Form 470 online during the session.
