Overview

Through discussion and hands-on lab work, attendees will learn basic auditing techniques and the fundamental skills needed to secure Microsoft Windows OS.

The topics covered in this course include:

• Creating and managing security policies
• Basic server auditing
• Securing Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows 2003 Server
• Maintaining a secure configuration
