Course Description

Classes are completed in one day unless a different duration is specified.

General

• Duration: 1 day
• Session times: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (deliverable hours = 7.0)

Designed for the beginner, participants shall be able to demonstrate the ability to perform duties necessary for administering their own personal accounts, user accounts and groups they create order to utilize the e-mail and website hosting services of kinetic, by successfully completing the exercises created for each of the instructional objectives.

Objectives

Given instructions, resources, access to the kinetic Manager and account information, participants will demonstrate their ability to administer their e-mail and Web services by error-free performance of the following tasks during their sessions:

• Use of application-wide functions
• Manage their own accounts
• Add accounts for other users
• Perform management of accounts
• Perform management of groups
• Perform management of organization settings
• Perform advanced account management
• Perform website management functions
